What types of mental health conditions do you specialize in?
I specialize in medication management of ADHD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, bipolar, neurodivergent populations, PTSD, panic attacks, eating disorders, and a variety of additional mental health conditions
Do you have online appointment options?
Yes. Visits are conducted virtually using your phone, laptop, or tablet. Once your appointment has been booked, a link will be sent that you "click" on to join the telehealth visit.
Do you take insurance
Mindfulness Psychiatry is private pay, and does not accept insurance. However, we can supply you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company if needed. Your insurance company should be able to provide you with their reimbursement rates, as they may vary with different plans.
"Cash pay" or "out of pocket" options are often preferrable for individuals who wish to maintain their privacy or may feel uncomfortable with people or companies that may have access to their medical records.

What are your rates?
Initial appointments are $260 and are 50 minutes in length.
Follow-up appointments are $130 and are 20 minutes in length.
